This service is focused on Local Parish and Town Councils and is designed for minimum administration and maximum peace of mind for the Local  Clerk and includes all payovers and internal Local Government Pension Scheme administration and returns.

Included with the APS Fully Managed Payroll is the internal administartion of and annual  returns to the Local Government Pension Scheme.

Employer, HMRC, DWP, LGPS, Costing and Audit reports.

Post payroll accounts in journal or file format.

Tax year-end P14/ P60/ P35 substitutes.

P11D substitutes and returns.

Filing by internet (FBI) of HMRC forms, documentation and tax year-end returns.

Employees tax email helpline.

Discounted employee tax returns.

Guarantee against interest charges and fines for late returns.
